Different from elements, the page size and layout should be modified in the "common" tabe of page properties area.
You can change the page's horizontal/vertical align as described in the chapter "Layout control".
The page width and height can be defined by modifying the value of "Width" and "Height" and the unit of page size can be defined to pixel(absolut size) or Persent which means the propotion of the Page min height/Page min Width defined in Website preferences.

Show effect and Hide effect:
There are three Types of show/hide effect, they are “fade”, “fade and move” and “fade and zoom”. When different effects are selected, there will be some additional settings available.
You can change the Curve type by selecting the alternatives in the Curve menu.
When “fade and move” is selected, there will be three extra settings applicable: Direction, distance and the unit of distance.
You can set the fade move direction to random, left, right, top or bottom.
Then you can set the distance of page movement to whatever you desire.
You can also define what the unit of your movement distance is: pixel or percentage.
When “fade and zoom” is selected, there will be an extra setting applicable: the scale of zooming. The value of “scale” can be defined as needed.
